- David J Thompson MBE Cert Ed
- David served with the Devon & Cornwall Police for thirty years, with the later part of his service being as a dedicated Youth Officer and Trainer. He created Cornwall Lifeskills (CLS Training) in 2015 to develop his training ambitions, and has continued to develop his portfolio by registering with Qualifications Network where Cornwall Lifeskills is now registered as an Approved Centre.
- Clare E Thompson AET
- Clare has worked within the local authority for twenty-five years, as a Duke of Edinburgh's Co-ordinator and within the children and family services team. Joining the team fulltime in April 2025 she has enabled the company to expand its training provision both in terms of capacity, but also by enhancing certain training deliveries using her knowledge from previously being a Registered Dental Nurse
